The readings of the general metrics on the app are aligned with the setting on the phone. This can be changed by doing the following:
* On the phone, go to Settings
* Go to General
* Go to Language & Region
* Go to Region
* Select the region that matches up with the unit of measurement you require.
After making the change, moving forward it should show in KM or MPH (Metric or Imperial) depending on the region selected
