When android connection issues happen, here is the list of main troubleshooting topics of the app.
- Bluetooth: The Bluetooth connection is the main source of communication for the sensor and app. All the Bluetooth connections are completed within the app.
- Connection Issues: When the sensor isn’t connecting automatically or manually there are a few troubles shooting steps to take. From toggling the Bluetooth and deleting the app. Also, the combination of Turning the Bluetooth off and deleting the app (back up the app before deleting the app). Download the app again and turn back on the Bluetooth.
- Location Services: make sure the location services are turned on.
The Blast apps location services prompt you the option to turn it on when you first start the app. If you didn’t turn it on, you can check the device setting:
- Tap on Setting.
- Tap on Apps.
- Tap on Permissions.
- Swipe the button to the right to turn it on.
The device gives a shortcut option at the top of the device when you swipe down.
- Swipe from the top of the screen down to open the shortcut screen.
- Tap on the Location icon to turn it on.
