Once the sensor has completed an activation it provides indicator of the status of the sensor. If having issues with the sensor there are a few things to review.
The sensor displays different colors to communicate different messages.
- Green LED - The sensor is awake, charged and ready to capture a metric.
- Red LED – The sensor battery is low and should be charged.
- No LED – When the sensor stops blinking it is in standby mode or sleep mode.
- Amber LED – The sensor is awake, charged, and ready to capture a metric.

Please plug the wireless charger into different ports and try again to charge the sensor.
Please make sure you charge the sensor with the logo's face-up on the charger and sensor.
The process of charging the sensor requires a wireless charger, a USB cable, and the sensor.
How to charge sensor
- Plug the charger cable into the wireless charger micro USB port.
- Plug the other end of the charger into any USB port outlet.
- Place the sensor in the center of the wireless charger where the logo is located with the logo facing up on the sensor.
- The completion of the charge should take from about 45 min to an hour.
- The sensor battery can last for seven days on standby, but battery life differs based on usage. Normal usage can last from six through eight hours.
Please make sure you charge the sensor and make sure the sensor's battery status is greater than 20%.

The sensor will not flash until the activation has been completed. Please try to complete the activation of the sensor.
If your sensor fails to connect on activation, try to activate the sensor again to wake it up. Please remember the sensor will not flash until the activation is completed. If the activation continues to fail, you will need to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. Then walk through the activation process again.
- Uninstall the app.
- Reinstall the app from the App Store.
- Open the app and Login.
- Tap on the menu.
- Go to My Sensor.
- Tap on Add a Sensor.
- Scan or Type Serial #. If having problems tap on Having Trouble?
- Shake sensor until it connects (should connect within 5-10 seconds)
