Basic Troubleshooting Steps

The charger provides the detail indicator of the status of the device. If having issues with the charger there are a few things to review. 

 

  • When the charger is plugged into a USB, look for the red LED light to show. If the light is off, try a different USB port. 
  • The charger LED Light is on, but charger sensor isn’t flashing. Make sure the sensor logo is face up on the center of the charger with the logo up. 
  • Make sure to charge the sensor for 45 – 60 min.  The sensor should be flashing after moving it around if the sensor has been activated previously.
