Basic Troubleshooting Steps

If you experience any irregular performance form the app you make be experiencing app issues. These issues usually don’t have feature setting that would correct the issue.  Here are some basic steps you can take when your Android app crashes or closes on its own. Here are the steps: 

 

  1. Go to Settings 
  2. Tap Apps > Application Manager
  3. Choose Blast App > Storage
  4. Tap Clear Data
  5. Launch app and tell him to sign back in

 

This should take care of the app crashing issues since it seems like you have corrupt data on app.  Please note these steps will remove any videos from the app.  So please make sure to save video to your device or uploading video to the premium service of Blast Connect if you have a subscription.
