If you experience any irregular performance from the app you make be experiencing app issues. These issues usually don’t have a feature setting that would correct the issue. Here are some basic steps you can take when your Android app crashes or closes on its own. Here are the steps:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Apps > Application Manager
- Choose Blast App > Storage
- Tap Clear Data
- Launch the app and tell him to sign back in
This should take care of the app crashing issues since it seems like you have corrupt data on the app. Please note these steps will remove any videos from the app. So please make sure to save the video to your device or upload the video to the premium service of Blast Connect if you have a subscription.
