Since the system doesn’t allow switching over the profile type (Player to Coach or vice versa) the account must be cancelled in order to make that change. The first step is logging into your account and canceling the account. Follow the instructions below to cancel the account. 

How to Cancel Subscription:

Log back into your account > Tap on Profile icon on top right and scroll down to My Account Settings > Tap on the Subscription on the left of the page > Tap on Cancel Subscription.

Once completed, contact Customer Support to finish the system updates. Then you are able to sign up as a coach to start your own academy or join an active academy.

Note: Please keep in mind that when you start a Coach account that subscription is for the individual Coach. Each player in the academy must have their own subscription.
