Change Academy

Blast Connect

When getting started with the premium services of Blast Connect you need to be connected to the correct academy.  This can be done in a few ways. 

 


 


If you have already signed up for the services. Please make sure your coach is able to see your profile and your metrics, and the name of the academy matches up with your coach.  If not, additional changes would need to be completed. The transfer process would need to be done by Customer Support.  This process would be done when:

 


  • Already have a Blast Connect account. 
  • The coach can't send an invite to you because the email is being used.
  • You started the sign-up process for Blast Connect but didn't finish.
