Warranty Process


The warranty process is started after the conclusion of troubleshooting. Our customer support team will identify the product has warrant issues. They will review the products activation date to verify within warranty. The instructions will be provided for the returning of the product back to Blast Motion and the return of the warranty replacement. 


  • The RMA number is created by the customer support team. 
  • A billable stamp will be emailed from to you for returning the warranty item.
  • Place the stamp on a shipping envelope and send the warranty item or items only.
  • Once we receive the item or items, they will be inspected.
  • The new warranty will be shipped out.  It takes around 3-5 business days to receive.
